Emsal Vana was founded in Istanbul in 2006 by Salim Hanifeoğlu. We design, manufacture and supply valves, flow measurement and connection equipment for process lines.

History
From the beginning to today
- 1988
Trade
Salim Hanifeoğlu graduated in turning and fitting from the Kastamonu Industrial Vocational High School and worked as a machine technician in the industrial valve sector in Istanbul.
- 2006
Founding
Emsal Makina was founded in Bayrampaşa, manufacturing check valves and ball valves. Strainers and sight flow indicators were added to the range.
- 2012
CNC and custom design
The machine park grew with CNC machine tools, and production of custom-designed valves began.
- 2013
Emsal Vana
When the company began building machinery and automation systems, the valve business took the name Emsal Vana.
- 2019
Emsal Ahşap
The group's timber construction company was founded in Kastamonu.

Zeytinburnu
We moved to our new facility in Zeytinburnu.

Name and logo
One name, two generations
Emsal means "example" or "model" in Turkish. The company Salim Hanifeoğlu founded in 2006 is carried forward today by his son Emre Hanifeoğlu.
The two nested circles in our logo are the silhouette of a ball valve; they also stand for the bond between two generations.
